Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. Complete the contact us form and we will reply with necessary information.
We expect you as the customer to return the items fully packaged and in perfect condition. Once we've got the returns we will issue a refund.
How soon is my order despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders the day after your order and we typically send them on 48hr tracked postage. We do have express shipping where we ship same day (if your order is before 10am) and we send next day delivery.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your order has arrived in less than perfect condition. Please contact us and send images of the faulty product and we will get a replacement sent straight out to you.
